Labor Day Weekend

Who’s ready for a 3-day weekend?!? There are tons of fun things going on around Forsyth County this long weekend.

Friday, August 29th

IPRA World Championship Rodeo – Pull out your cowboy / cowgirl boots & head over to the Cumming Fairgrounds. Saturday, August 30th

Storytime at Barnes & Noble – Join Barnes & Noble at the Forsyth Avenue for a camp themed Storytime at 11am. Great for all ages. Click here for more information.

Monday, September 1st

Labor Day 10k/5K for Autism– Join Totally Running for a morning of fun & fitness. The Labor Day 10k & fun run will start at 7:30am and conclude with fun activities, vendors, and food available from local businesses. It’s sure to be a morning of fun! Proceeds from the event are going to TACA (Talk about curing Autism). www.tacanow.org. Click here for more race information.
Labor Day 5k/1k “Will to Win” in Honor of Will Abernathy – Join others at Fowler Park to honor Will Abernathy and support CURE Childhood Cancer. Peachtree Road Race Qualifier. Click here for more information.
