Minutes of Mindfulness Virtual Program

Join us every Thursday in June and July for virtual fun! We’ll feature a different exciting program for teens every week this summer.
On July 9th, we’ll explore minutes of mindfulness! Do you need some time to unwind? Are you wanting to stress less? Join us for Minutes of Mindfulness, where we’ll have a variety of fun activities and you can learn about relieving stress in the future!
This program is for rising 6th-12th graders.
This program takes place on FCPL’s GoToMeeting platform, and advance registration is required. All registered will receive an email with online login information prior to the workshop.
