In the Shadow of the Holocaust – Presented by Andrea Miskewicz, Kennesaw State University

Accompanying the Museum of History and Holocaust Education’s traveling exhibit, In Her Father’s Eyes: A Slovak Childhood in the Shadow of the Holocaust, Andrea Miskewicz will cover a broad overview of the Holocaust (1933-1945), as well as stories of children who were victims and survivors of the Nazi regime.

Andrea Miskewicz is an educator, historian, and presenter. She earned her Master’s Degree in Heritage Preservation (Public History) from Georgia State University and is currently the Onsite Education & Docent Coordinator for the Museum of History and Holocaust Education at Kennesaw State University where she is also pursuing her doctoral degree. She is a member of the Atlanta Cultural Educators, as well as the Cobb Education Consortium.
