Pumpkin Purchases in Forsyth County

Sure you can purchase pumpkins at the grocery store, Wal-Mart or Target, but you can also buy them from a local church, organization or business and support our community too!!    Plus the local stops can make for some great pictures too!!
Here are few local pumpkin patches or places to purchase pumpkins from this year:

  • Kinsey Family Farmlocated in Gainesville (Forsyth County), the Kinsey Family Farm will most definitely get you ready for fall!  Enjoy the Fall Activities offered and take advantage of their store – pumpkins, gourds, local honey, jams, jellies, & more!  7170 Jot-em Down Road, Gainesville, GA
  •  Warbington Farms – located in Cumming, the Farm is open Thursday – Sunday for its Fall activities.  Also mark your calendar for October 13th when they’ll host a “Pumpkin Palooza” beginning at 10am.  It will include hay rides, petting zoos, face painting, music, food & more!  5555 Crow Road, Cumming GA
  • Midway United Methodist ChurchIf you’re on the south side of the County, you can support troops at Midway UMC with your pumpkin purchase.  The patch is open daily til dark. 5025 Atlanta Hwy, Alpharetta GA (Forsyth County).
  • Cumming First United Methodist Church – once again, the “big hill” in front of CFUMC is filled with orange!  The patch is open daily from Noon until dark.  Proceeds support children’s & youth ministries at CFUMC.  770 Canton Hwy, Cumming GA 30040
  • City Produce – Located across from Dairy Queen at the square, City Produce is stocked with pumpkins, gourds, and other fall veggies & decor.
  • Stars & Strikes – Every weekend in October, Stars & Strikes will host their Hallo-Fun from Fridays at 6pm to Dusk on Sundays.  Activities will include their Pumpkin Patch for you to choose your perfect pumpkin.  Click here for more information.
