September’s Spotlight – WavePops

This month, we are excited to introduce you to WavePops. WavePops is located next door to Lake Burrito on Keith Bridge Rd. They are also the distribution home of Malvi {Gourmet Marshmallows}. We discovered them one day as we were eating at Lake Burrito (one of our favorite fresh restaurants for lunch, dinner, and brunch). Our curiosity spiked but couldn’t be quenched because they were unfortunately closed when we were there. We tried a few other times and seemed to always be there at the wrong time. Note to self – we really should have checked the hours. LOL!

What You Need To Know About WavePops

All that changed this month, when we happened to have been there at the right time! Alas, they were open & we were ready to devour. Basically, their set up is quite simple. Just a few flavors to choose from and then you make two decisions. First, you decide if you want your paletas dipped in chocolate. Then you decide if you want it with or without toppings. Decisions, decisions! After that, it’s time to dig in! But hurry before they melt.
A few things to note:

  1. Their popsicles are made in-house.
  2. They have dairy and non-dairy options. The flavors are split between milk based or fruit based.
  3. The kids and adults will love them. The flavors were a good variety of unique (like hibiscus, passion fruit, etc.) and familiar (strawberry, vanilla, etc.).
  4. Make sure you check their hours before heading over. Currently, their hours are Tuesday – Friday 5-8pm / Saturday 11-8 / Sunday 11-3.
  5. If you buy a t-shirt, you will get a free popsicle!

Watch Our Video About WavePops

We put together a video for you to see. We watched as they dipped one of their non-dairy paletas in dark chocolate and then coated it with some all-natural sprinkles. YUM!
