Fall Part 2 Kids & Teens Session – October 25 through December 16, 2016
(taking a break Nov 21-25)
CrossFit Kids is an introduction to CrossFit on a fundamental level. Our goal is to prepare young children to be better athletes, by developing all of their motor skills. We work on coordination, body awareness, strength conditioning, agility and more. CrossFit helps in an array of areas outside sport, such as confidence, self-esteem and it has been proven to higher test scores at school. This is not a weight loss program but a fitness program that will give healthy results by getting away from the TV and video games.
Kids: Ages 5-10 – Wednesdays at 4:30 – 5:15 (limited to 15 kids/class)
Teens: Ages 10-15 – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 – 6:30 (limit to 12)
One class a week: $84 for kids & $105 for teens (7 classes)
Two classes a week: $168 for teens (14 classes)
**full semester commitment is required.

What to Bring to Class: Clothes for jumping, running, and playing. Water bottle. A good attitude.
