Church Nursery Staff Needed

Creekside United Methodist Church is looking for nursery workers that LOVE children and Jesus!  Our open positions are on Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, Monday mornings, and Wednesday evenings. This job requires the employee to share Bible stories and participate in worship activities.  Applicants must be over 18, pass a background screening, have references and be extremely reliable. Preference will be given to those with CPR certification and previous childcare experience.  Pay for this position is $10.00 per hour.  Interested candidates should e-mail resume and contact information to annajordan@creekside.net .

Creekside Church has Added services and is Expanding our Sports Facilities!

Creekside UMC is a vibrant, growing church with some exciting new offerings! We now have two identical contemporary Sunday Worship services, one at 9am and one at 11am, with Bible study at 10am for ALL ages. This time table allows families to worship and then still have plenty of time in the afternoons for family time, sports, lake activities or just to relax on Sunday. Nursery for ages 4 and under with experienced paid staff is available at all times. Come early to enjoy complimentary coffee, juice and pastries at our “Creekside Café.” When school starts in August, our Wednesday evening activities begin at 5:30 and include a home cooked meal, communion service, Bible studies, children’s activities and teen small groups. Come check it out!

In addition, we have opened up two NEW fabulous ball fields with excellent facilities for the kids to enjoy. Our second season on these fields for Creekside T-ball and Baseball will start in August. This addition enabled us to grow from two teams to sixteen teams. We also host the South Forsyth Giants travel ball team. It is a beautiful partnership between the church and the community. The expanded baseball offerings are a great accompaniment to our existing soccer, basketball and cheerleading programs. Creekside sports program has thrived for over a decade now.
