SUMMARY:Storytelling with ‘Frankie the Dog’ for Kids of All Ages
DESCRIPTION:Coinciding with School Street Food Truck Friday\, this Friday\, June 7 at 7pm\, Frankie’s owners will offer a storytelling for kids of all ages with Frankie participating. After the storytelling\, children will be given a page from a ‘Frankie the Dog’ coloring book with crayons provided by Sawnee Association of the Arts (SAA). Their art work will be on display at the SAA Art Center (Brannon-Heard House) for the next two weeks Thurs-Sat 11am-5pm. Ribbons and prizes will be awarded. A Children’s Artist Reception and Awards Ceremony will be held at 3pm Saturday afternoon on June 15. Parents\, grandparents\, friends and relatives and the general public are invited to view the art display. On Saturday\, June 15\, SAA will also offer a ‘Make a Gift for Dad for Fathers Day’.
