DESCRIPTION:Discover the healing benefits of meditation and how when practiced daily\, it can lead to a healthier and balanced life. In transforming ourselves and healing ourselves\, we then begin to reflect and spread that healing “Energy” to those around us. In this way\, we help in bringing about a needed global healing as well!  \nFree Program for new and experienced mediators who wish to learn how to meditate or deepen their practice of meditation on the inner light. No experience is necessary.  \nWe look forward to your participation in the class. All our programs are free and open to the public. You are welcome to bring a friend.
