Zumba Night
Last week Cumming Dance Academy opened its doors to the Cumming Local readers for a Girl’s Night Out – ZUMBA Style!
You might think Cumming Dance Academy (CDA) just offers a variety of dance classes for young girls. And you’d be right, sort of. While CDA is most definitely known for their dance instruction and performances for preschool & school aged girls, they actually offer much more – including adult dance & fitness classes!
Adult Dance & Fitness Classes at CDA, include:
- Adult Tap/ Jazz – Tuesday at 8:15pm
- Adult Hip Hop – Wednesday at 8:15pm
- Adult Fitology – Thursday at 9:30am

I‘ve shared some of the reasons I love Cumming Dance Academy before, but it’s one of those places I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try dance … or adult fitness!
