Girl’s Night Out at Glazed & Fired

We had such a fun time at our Girl’s Night Out Event last night!

We ate delicious food courtesy of Mia’s Pizza & Eats, Creations Bakery & Donut Depot.

I absolutely LOVED this salad presentation from Mia’s – it’s their Greek salad but jazzed up with delicious ham & turkey and homemade bread sticks on the side – SO GOOD!! If you have an upcoming catering need – be sure to check out Mia’s. Yes, they make great pizza but they make great everything!!

This was our big send-off into summer as we’ll be taking a break through August, so we had giveaways, food & swag galore!!

Do you remember our first Girl’s Night Out event of 2013 – the one that sold out in LESS than 48 hours!! We’ll I have great news – we’ve added a second date!

We’re headed BACK to Dream Dinners of Cumming. If you don’t know already – at Dream Dinners, the ingredients are ready to assemble, but not cooked. You assemble the meals, freeze at home & pull out to cook a homemade meal when you’re ready!

Very Important: This event is only for new Dream Dinners customers. So, if you attended our first Dream Dinners event or are already a customer, then you’ll need to wait for our next event. But because our first event sold out so quickly and a waiting list filled up, we’ve worked out details with Dream Dinners to do it again!

Announcing: Monthly Girl’s Night Out Events at Glazed & Fired

Yesterday we announced something new we were working on for you – a MONTHLY Girl’s Night Out environment. I was excited by all the excitement on our Facebook page too!

February Girl’s Night Out

We’ll host a different painting on the second Thursday of every month – with an exception of our first month. Because of Valentine’s Day, our February event will be on Thursday, February 7th.

Lead Artist, Jeanne, will be back to instruct us on this beautiful masterpiece – I LOVE this painting!!

Event Details:

Date: Thursday, February 7th
Time: Instruction beginning at 6:30pm – please arrive approximately 15 mins in advance.
Cost: $30* (includes private party event, light snacks & beverages, giveaways & fun)

Monthly Girl’s Night Out

We’ve hosted a fair share of Girl’s Night Out Events over the past year. We try to bring a variety of events to you so we can always keep you guessing what will be next & also to make sure we find a little something for everyone. One event in particular has been popular from the beginning and I get asked often “when are going back”. So that’s why I’m excited about today’s news.

We’re excited to announce that we’re partnering with Glazed & Fired to bring you a MONTHLY Girl’s Night Out event at their painting studio. {Insert cheers & applauds}. I know, I’m excited too!

So let me answer a few questions because I know you have them.

Q. Will this be just like your other Glazed & Fired Girl’s Night Out events?
A. Yes and no. We’ll come together for a night of fun and painting. But our activities will vary each month. We’ll always have light food (desserts or appetizers) & beverages and a giveaway or two. But we might not have our popular swag bags at each event. However in its place, we’ll have co-sponsors for each event & they might have something extra & unexpected up their sleeve for you.

Q. Will you still have other Girl’s Night Out Events to attend (in case I’m not the crafty type)?
A. Yes. We’re already lining up several new Girl’s Night Out events to bring you. These monthly events at Glazed & Fired will be in addition to the new events we’ll bring you!

Q. When will the events take place?
A. On the second Thursday of every month (with the exception of February – this month will take place on the 1st Thursday because of Valentine’s Day). All events will start at 6:30pm.

Q. How much will the events cost?
A. Each monthly event will cost $30. This is a discounted group rate for our private session. Payment will include all supplies and instructions for our private painting session, light snacks & beverages, giveaways and more (varied each month). Payment is required at the time of reserving your spot.

Q. How do I reserve my spot?
A. Reservations will all be handled directly with Glazed & Fired. Please call G&F (678.208.6096) to reserve your spot. Space is limited each month, so book early! Call your girlfriends, line up baby sitters and call G&F to reserve your space!

Q. What paintings will you offer?
A. We already have paintings picked out for February, March & April (shown in order Left to Right, below).

Check your calendars, call your girlfriends, line up the baby sitters and then get ready. Tomorrow, we’ll post another reminder and let you know that tickets are now available and sign-ups are ready to begin!
